Shipping policy

At Indian Royal Brew, we take pride in delivering our products globally, ensuring each order reaches you on time and in perfect condition.

Shipping Schedule:

  • We ship orders from Monday to Friday, excluding New Zealand National Holidays.
  • Orders placed after 10:00 a.m. (NZST) will be shipped the following business day.
  • Orders received after 10:00 a.m. (NZST) on Friday, or on weekends, will be shipped on the next business day. If the next business day is a holiday, shipping will occur on the subsequent business day.

General Shipping Information:

  • In-stock Items: These are processed and dispatched within 1-4 working days.
  • Backorders/Pre-orders: Contact us for expected shipping times for items not currently in stock.

Delivery Timeframes:

  • Partnered with NZ Couriers & DHL Express for international shipping, we offer Track and Trace for all deliveries.
  • Typical delivery times are 1-2 working days within New Zealand and 1-3 Days for Australia and worldwide via DHL Express.
  • Rural or remote areas may experience an additional day in shipping times.

Tracking Your Orders:

  • Upon dispatch, you will receive an email notification from us with your shipping details and tracking number.
  • Direct inquiries regarding the status of your package should be made to the courier company, as we do not control their delivery timeframes.

International Duties and Taxes:

  • Any customs fees, duties, and taxes applicable at the destination are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Change of Delivery Address:

  • We can alter the delivery address before shipping. Once shipped, it is the customer's responsibility to coordinate with the courier company for any changes.

Shipping Delays and Stolen Shipments:

  • Shipping delays may extend delivery by an additional 7-10 business days.
  • Indian Royal Brew is not liable for delays caused by the courier service.
  • Shipments typically do not require a signature unless requested by the customer.
  • We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation by the courier.

Non-Refundable Shipping:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable and cover the services provided by the carrier.

Shipping to Rural Areas:

  • Rural deliveries may incur a surcharge.
  • If your rural address incurs additional fees beyond the initial shipping charge, the order may be delivered to the nearest depot, with the customer responsible for any further arrangements and costs.

Delivery Point Policy:

  • The “Delivery Point” is defined as an outdoor area of the premises, like the front door, or a specified area by the customer.
  • In multi-level buildings, the ground floor will be the Delivery Point.
  • For rural customers, the Delivery Point may be different from the stated residence.
  • Deliveries are made to the Delivery Point, and any further movement of products inside the premises at the customer's request may incur additional fees.
