Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order from Indian Royal Brew, we ask that you inspect it immediately. If you find any defects, damage, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us without delay. This allows us to promptly assess the issue and take necessary actions to resolve it to your satisfaction.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain categories of items are not eligible for return. This includes perishable goods, which due to their nature, cannot be sent back. If you have any doubts or specific concerns regarding the returnability of your item, we encourage you to reach out to us for clarification.

Please note that items purchased on sale and gift cards are final sale and thus cannot be returned.


Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will inform you about the approval status of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Keep in mind that there might be some processing time before your bank or credit card company officially posts the refund to your account.
